Welcome to Oak Ridge Commons

Oak Ridge Commons is a residential neighborhood comprised of 112 privately-owned town homes situated in Manor Township, Pennsylvania.  Through our website, homeowners have access to association documents, forms, information, news, online payment access, and contacts for questions and concerns.
News and Notes - Summer 2022
  1. Interested in joining the HOA Board of Directors? The association is currently accepting nominations to fill two vacated roles on the HOA Board of Directors. Please contact Amy Neumyer at EAM for additional information.
  2. Lawn Care. Our lawn and landscape crews service the neighborhood on Wednesdays (weather permitting). Please contact EAM with any questions or concerns regarding your lawn care. 
  3. Pet Waste. We have seen an increase in pet waste throughout the neighborhood. Please remember to always pick-up after your pet whether in common areas, on others' property, or on your own property. Accumulation of pet waste directly impacts the cost of our lawn care and the health and wellbeing of our neighbors and and their pets. 
  4. HOA Fees. Monthly assessments are due the first of every month and late fees will apply to any assessment not paid by the 15th of each month. Severely delinquent accounts will be forwarded to a collection agency for further action.
  5. Did you receive a notice of violation? Please do not ignore. If EAM receives no response from a homeowner, fines will be placed on accounts in accordance with the fine policy. 
  6. Annual Meeting. Thank you to all who participated in the 2022 Annual Homeowners Meeting. The 2023 meeting will be held in May/June 2023 -- please watch for a mailing with information and dates in Spring 2023.
  7. Neighborhood Yard Sale. Our 2022 neighborhood yard sale was held May 21st; the 2023 yard sale will be held on Saturday, May 20th.
