ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST FORM
Regular, necessary improvement made to the home that keeps within the guidelines and color scheme of your current home do not require approval by the Board. Any changes to the front, back, or side exterior of your home that is not a like-for-like replacement requires Board approval.
The form (linked below) must be submitted each time you request approval for architectural alterations. You must wait for Board approval prior to beginning the project. The Board makes every attempt to address requests within 24-48 hours of receipt, however we recommend you allow 7-10 days for response in case the Board requires discussion or a meeting to review your plans. This form must be submitted each time you request approval for architectural alternations and approved requests are valid for six (6) months from the approval date. If the project is delayed further, you will need to resubmit for approval.
Forms should be submitted to:
Esquire Association Management
aneumyer@esqmanagement.com
Supporting documents, as applicable to the request, must be provided. These documents may include a site plan, architectural drawings, material and color selections, lighting plans, and (for resubmittals) any responses or additional materials previously requested by the Board.
