OAK RIDGE COMMONS - ARCHITECTURAL STANDARDS
To maintain uniformity throughout the neighborhood, the Homeowners Association Board and Members have consistently voted to uphold the Bylaws and CCRs that state homes must retain their original color schemes in regards to exterior colors and fixtures. The table below provides an outline, by address, of the current approved colors for doors, shutters, storm doors*, trim, posts, garage doors, railings, decks, and roofing materials. Should you have any questions before starting an exterior project, please contact EAM.
Homeowners wishing to make exterior changes to their homes must complete an Architectural Request Form and submit for Board approval. To streamline this process and reduce administrative burden for Homeowners, the Board, and our management company, any homeowner completing a like-for-like replacement that follows the guidelines outlined within the chart below will not require formal approval. Projects completed that do not comply with these guidelines will be in violation of CCRs. If you are unsure whether your project falls within guidelines and/or requires an Architecture Request be completed, please reach out to EAM. *Note: Storm doors are not a requirement in the association; homeowners may choose to install a storm door if they wish. Storm doors must be an approved style and color. |
